Misty, Lead Realtor and Founder of the Misty Perhach Team, brings both experience and a personal touch to every transaction. Raised near Yosemite National Park, she moved to the Central Coast for college in 1999, fell in love with the area, and returned in 2016 to raise her family in San Luis Obispo County.
A licensed Realtor since 2004, Misty is passionate about guiding clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. She considers it a true honor to represent clients in one of life’s biggest investments.

When she’s not studying the local market or serving clients, Misty enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools and her local church. She lives in Morro Bay with her blended and blessed family and loves helping others find their place to call "home" on the Central Coast.

Allison Hallock ~ Client Coordinator

Allison has had a strong connection to the Central Coast since childhood, from visiting her grandparents in Pismo Beach to spending time in Cambria. San Luis Obispo County has always felt like home, making the move to become a full-time resident a natural step.
As Client Coordinator for the Misty Perhach Team, Alli plays an important role in supporting Misty and ensuring clients feel cared for every step of the way. She helps coordinate details throughout the buying and selling process, communicates updates, and assists with client needs to keep transactions running smoothly.

Guided by the values of honesty, trust, respect, and compassion, Alli is dedicated to providing thoughtful support and exceptional service so every client feels confident and well taken care of.
